Our consultants are Chartered Project Professionals (ChPP) and full members of the Association for Project Management (APM), specializing in areas such as portfolio management, program management, and project management to enhance delivery reliability across various projects.

Research Counts

Our research covers essential areas in project management, particularly focusing on delivery reliability and portfolio management. One key study investigates naturalistic decision making and decision drivers in the front end of complex projects (Ama Lawani, Rhona Flin, Racheal Folake Ojo-Adedokun, Peter Benton), published in the International Journal of Project Management, issue 41 (2023) 102502. This research is critical for enhancing program management practices. Additionally, we present a systematic review of Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) tailored for heavy civil construction projects (Chen, W., Leon, M. & Benton P), which was published in the Proceedings of the 13th European Conference on Product & Process Modelling (ECPPM 2021) held from 15-17 September 2021 in Moscow, Russia. These studies contribute significantly to the fields of PPPM and project management.
